Huaniu Apple.

Huaniu apple is a specialty of Tianshui City, Gansu Province. It refers to the superior variety of Marshal apples produced in most areas of the city and is a national geographical indication product of China. On October 20, 2016, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce recognized "Huaniu Apple" as a "China Well-known Trademark". In 2018, the "Tianshui Huaniu Apple" trademark was applied for a national geographical indication certification trademark.

The product’s meat is fine, dense, crispy, juicy, unique in flavor, rich in aroma, and good in taste. Its quality is recognized by many Chinese and foreign experts and marketers as one of the world’s three most famous fruits, along with American snake fruit and Japanese Fuji. The famous apple brand is China's first apple brand to obtain an official trademark in the international market.

Types of apples:

1. Red General apple. The Red General apple is a rich red bud mutation of the early-maturing Red Fuji first introduced from Japan. It is a very excellent medium-ripening variety. Red General apples are on the market about 30-40 days earlier than Red Fuji. The fruit is slightly larger than Red Fuji, and the texture is slightly looser than Red Fuji. It is sweet, crisp and refreshing, with a fragrant aroma, thin and juicy skin.

2. Jin Shuai Apple. Jinshuai, also known as Golden Delicious, is native to the United States. It is oblong or round, and its biggest feature is that the peel has a yellow-green background and turns golden when mature. It is usually on the market before the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is green in color but not sour, has fine meat, sweet taste and rich aroma. Jinshuai apples are crispy and fluffy when they are fresh and full of water, but they become chewy after being stored.
