The trademark transfer process generally takes about 8- 10 months. The process of trademark transfer includes: application → acceptance → review → announcement → issuance of transfer certificate. The time from the receipt of the transfer application documents to the issuance of the transfer acceptance notice by the State Trademark Office is 1-2 months; 4-6 months after receiving the notification of accepting the transfer, the State Trademark Office will examine the trademark to be transferred; After approval, an approval announcement will be issued and a Certificate of Approval for the Transfer of Registered Trademarks will be issued. Documents required for trademark transfer: application for trademark transfer/registration; Identification documents of the transferor and the transferee (photocopy); Entrust the agent to submit the power of attorney issued by the transferor and the transferee respectively, and directly submit the original and photocopy of the transferee's agent's ID card in the acceptance hall; To apply for transfer, relevant supporting documents shall also be submitted; If the application documents are in a foreign language, a Chinese translation signed and confirmed by the translation agency shall also be provided.
