Implementation, "Interim Provisions" will be abolished at the same time. Whether it is the "Protection Provisions" or the "Interim Provisions", they are only departmental regulations formulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. In judicial practice, the people's courts often directly or indirectly identify well-known trademarks.
