Industrial and Commercial Office is an agency of the Industrial and Commercial Branch. Under the direct leadership of the branch, in accordance with the "Industrial and Commercial Administrative Office Regulations" and the provisions of laws and regulations, it conducts business operations within its jurisdiction. Supervise and manage enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, and market operations to protect legitimate operations, ban illegal operations, and maintain normal economic order. Responsibilities:

(1) Supervise the "economic household registration" of various enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households within the jurisdiction. Give full play to the role of three-level computer networking to establish and improve "economic household registration" files. And implement dynamic management of "economic household registration" to ensure that the total number and situation are clear; handle annual inspections of enterprises within the jurisdiction and license verification procedures for individual industrial and commercial households;

(2) Supervise various tangible markets and commodities within the jurisdiction Trade fairs, refined oil markets, and grain markets. Accept consultation on the opening and registration changes of markets within the jurisdiction, and handle the preliminary annual inspection of the markets within the jurisdiction. Responsible for the supervision of operators, market organizers and service agencies, and maintaining the order of market operations in accordance with the market management regulations proposed by the Municipal Bureau;

(3) Strengthen the supervision of advertising in the jurisdiction in accordance with the law. Responsible for the supervision and management of advertising units within the jurisdiction, conduct daily supervision and management of outdoor advertising, printed advertising, and store advertising, and investigate and deal with illegal advertising activities in accordance with the law;

(4) Supervise the use of trademarks within the jurisdiction. Guide market entities within the jurisdiction to correctly apply for trademark registration, and supervise and manage their use of trademarks. Inspect trademark printing enterprises in accordance with the law, and investigate and deal with illegal trading of trademark logos, counterfeit trademarks, and trademark infringement;

(5) Strengthen the supervision of contracts. Promote contract model texts, actively carry out "honoring contracts and keeping credibility" activities (implementing the "Contract Worry Relief Project"), mediating contract disputes in accordance with the law, supervising brokers' economic behavior, and investigating and punishing illegal activities using contracts;
