Online registration process: 1. Enter the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. After entering, click Apply Online. 2. Then a "Trademark Online Application System User Agreement" will appear, click I accept below. 3. Enter the PIN code and click to log in. If you don’t have an account, click Register Now in the lower right corner. There are detailed registration instructions. 4. After entering, an "Online Application Letter of Commitment" dialog box will pop up first. After 5 seconds, click I agree. 5. Click Trademark Registration Application-Registration Application. 6. If the applicant is an enterprise, please fill in the company name. If the applicant is an individual, please fill in the personal name. The enterprise shall upload a scanned copy of the business license, and the individual shall upload a scanned copy of the ID card. The address of the enterprise applicant must be consistent with the address of the business license. Others Just fill in the form as required. Article 28 of the Trademark Law: For a trademark applied for registration, the Trademark Office shall complete the review within nine months from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application documents. If the trademark is in compliance with the relevant provisions of this Law, a preliminary review and announcement shall be made. Article 29 During the examination process, if the Trademark Office believes that the contents of the trademark registration application need explanation or correction, it may require the applicant to make explanations or corrections. If the applicant fails to make explanations or corrections, it will not affect the Trademark Office’s examination decision. Article 30 If a trademark applied for registration does not comply with the relevant provisions of this Law or is identical or similar to a trademark already registered or preliminarily approved by others on the same or similar goods, the Trademark Office shall reject the application and shall not publish it.
