According to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, counterfeit and shoddy products mainly include the following situations:
(1) Forging or fraudulently using quality marks and licensing marks such as certification marks, brand-name product marks and inspection-free marks;
(2) Forging or using a false place of origin;
(3) Forging or fraudulently using the name and address of another factory;
(4) counterfeiting the registered trademark of others;
(5) doping, adulteration, shoddy and shoddy;
(6) Failure or deterioration;
(7) There are unreasonable dangers that endanger human health and personal and property safety.
(8) The marked indicators are inconsistent with the actual situation;
(9) The production and sales are prohibited by the relevant laws and regulations of the state.
2. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine also stipulates that the distribution of the following products, which are pointed out not to be corrected, shall be regarded as the distribution of fake and shoddy goods:
(1) No inspection certificate or sales license of the relevant unit;
(2) The name, producer and place of origin of domestic products are not indicated in Chinese (the address of important industrial products is not indicated);
(3) Limited use and no expiration date;
(4) the implementation of production (manufacturing) license management without indicating the license number and validity period;
(five) specifications, grades, main technical indicators or components, content, etc. Marked in Chinese according to relevant regulations, but not marked;
(6) High-end durable consumer goods without Chinese instructions;
(7) It belongs to defective products (including defective products and defective products) and the word "defective products" is not marked in the prominent position of the goods or packaging;
(8) Toxic, flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods are not marked with relevant signs and instructions for use.
