Eligible trademark rights holders apply for recognition to the provincial industrial and commercial administration department and submit relevant materials.

2. The applicant shall submit documents and materials to the local city or state industrial and commercial administration department, which shall forward them to the provincial industrial and commercial administrative department within 10 days from the date of receipt of the application materials.

2. Review and Acceptance

The provincial industrial and commercial administration department shall review the application materials within 10 days from the date of receipt.

The applicant shall be notified in writing and the Sichuan Province Famous Trademark Preliminary Examination Announcement shall be published in provincial newspapers and periodicals. Anyone can raise objections to a trademark announced in the preliminary examination within 30 days from the date of announcement.

2. If the specified conditions are not met, the reasons shall be stated in writing, the applicant shall be notified within 10 days and the relevant materials shall be returned.

3. If the application documents need to be supplemented or corrected, the applicant shall be notified in writing to make corrections within a time limit; if the applicant fails to make corrections within the time limit, the application will be deemed to have been abandoned.

3. Review and Identification

1. After accepting the application, the provincial industrial and commercial administration department shall review and verify the authenticity, legality and accuracy of the application materials, and provide review opinions .

2. The famous trademark recognition team will review and recognize the trademark applied for recognition based on the materials submitted by the applicant and the review opinions of the provincial industrial and commercial administration department (the famous trademark recognition team shall vote by secret ballot by all members of the famous trademark recognition team , and passed by a two-thirds majority).

4. Recognition

Recognized famous trademarks in Sichuan Province will be issued a "Sichuan Province Famous Trademark Certificate" by the provincial industrial and commercial administration department, and will be announced in major provincial newspapers and periodicals. .
