Trademark application time:

The trademark acceptance notice will be handed over to the customer in 3 months, and the certificate issuance time will be about 12-18 months (generally). The trademark certificate is valid for 10 years. Renewal after next year.

Information required for application:

Although trademark application is not mandatory, once applied for, you must strictly follow the relevant regulations of IPOS. In Singapore, trademark applications require the following information

1. Statement requesting trademark registration

2. Name and address of the person involved in the application

3. Clear Illustration of the trademark. If the trademark is a three-dimensional drawing, the outline drawing should clearly show all dimensions

4. List all goods and services related to the registered trademark

5. 1. A statement regarding the intended use of the mark.

Materials required for trademark application in Singapore

1. Applicant’s name, address or country of registration

2. If the trademark to be registered is a color pattern, please Provide 6 trademark patterns; if the trademark to be registered is a black and white pattern, only one trademark pattern is required

3. A detailed list of products or services using the trademark to be registered, and the categories to be registered
