Does the Trademark Registration and Trademark Office have specified size and color requirements?
The Trademark Office has regulations:

The format of trademark pattern file should be jpg, and the graphics should be clear. The size of the pattern file should be less than 200KB, and the graphic pixels should be between "400× 400" and "1500× 1500". If the trademark pattern is obtained through scanning, the graphics that comply with trademark laws and regulations shall be scanned in 24-bit color, RGB format and 300dpi resolution (the graphics are clear, larger than 5×5 cm and smaller than 10× 10 cm). The applicant (or agent) shall ensure that the color depth (or gray level) of the scanned graphics is consistent with the original graphics, otherwise the clarity of the graphics on the trademark registration certificate may be affected.

Where an application for trademark registration is made with color combinations or colored patterns, the colored patterns and black-and-white drafts shall be uploaded respectively. If no color is specified, a black and white pattern should be uploaded.
