(1) Holding a true, legal and valid business license issued by the people's Republic of China and the industrial and commercial departments of China, and being certified by a third party;

(2) Confirm to accept the VIP Procurement Platform Service Agreement (Online Signing), the Authentic Guarantee Service Rules and the Alipay Service Agreement, register as a user of Alibaba Chinese website, open an Alipay account and use Alipay services;

(3) Submit the following relevant supporting documents and get Alibaba's approval: 1) Copy of business license;

2) a copy of the tax registration certificate;

3) China trademark right certificate (trademark acceptance notice) or trademark owner's authorization certificate;

4) the merchant authorizes the contact person to apply for and use Alibaba VIP procurement service;

5) other information that Alibaba thinks needs to be checked. (Check different information according to different business categories of merchants)
