3. Size

4. Fiber composition and content

Standard fiber names are required. , common names, scientific names, foreign words, etc. are not allowed; if different parts of a piece of clothing have different fiber compositions, they should be marked separately. 5. Washing method

Clothing washing and ironing must be marked. For ironing methods, it is stipulated that the operation methods of five major items, including washing, chlorine bleaching, ironing, dry cleaning, and drying after washing, should be marked in order to provide consumers with correct washing instructions. The washing methods should be represented by standard graphic symbols, which can be added at the same time. Note the text description corresponding to the graphic symbol. Clothing is required to have a certificate of quality to clearly indicate to consumers that the guaranteed product has been inspected and cooperated. Among the above items 3, 4, and 5, durable labels must be used and sewn on the clothing.

In addition, clothing with restricted use and storage conditions (such as leather clothing, etc.) or products with limited use (such as medicinal health care clothing, etc.) should also be marked with relevant precautions, production date and expiration date. Since this standard is a national mandatory standard, according to the Standardization Law, the production, sale and import of products that do not meet the mandatory standards are prohibited.
