Sanluju Community, Taipingqiao Street, Fengtai District, is located in the middle of Taipingqiao Street, Fengtai District. The community is located in the center of Beijing Lize Financial Business District planning project It starts from the Beijing-Kowloon Railway in the east and is connected to Caihuying Community and Tianlun Beili Community of this subdistrict; in the west to Sanluju Luotuo Bay, it is close to Tainan

It starts from Lize Road in the south and is separated from Wanquan Temple Community by one street, and in the north to Beijing Post Central Bureau Education and Training Center, it is adjacent to Honglian Nanli Community in Guangwai Street, Xuanwu District. It has a rectangular shape with a long east-west distance and a short north-south distance, covering an area of ??about 2 square kilometers.
