Party B:

Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement based on the true meaning of both parties in accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations:

1. Party A and Party B agree to terminate the xxx patent license contract with contract number.

Two. The xxx patent license contract is officially terminated, and all rights and obligations of Party A and Party B related to the xxx patent license contract are terminated. Neither Party A nor Party B shall hold the other party accountable for the above contract.

Three. This agreement shall come into effect as of the date of signature and seal by both parties, and each party holds one copy, which has the same legal effect.
