The fresh and delicious bamboo shoots covered with vegetables are unforgettable. Spring thunder shook the ground, and new bamboo shoots surged all over the mountain, with huge output and no shortage of food. In the traffic jam in the past year, Shan Nong collected new bamboo shoots, shelled them, cooked them thoroughly with salt, and baked them with charcoal fire to make dried bamboo shoots, which became a unique and famous product in Tianmu Mountain area.
