What is a trademark dispute?
Legal analysis: Trademark disputes refer to disputes over registered trademarks, that is, trademark disputes between two registered trademark owners because two trademarks are identical or similar in the same or similar goods/services, or trademark disputes between well-known trademark owners because a registered trademark is identical or similar to a well-known trademark.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). The Trademark Office of the State Council Administration for Industry and Commerce is in charge of the national trademark registration and management. The State Council Administration for Industry and Commerce has set up a Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to handle trademark disputes.
