The chicken essence project in Nanle County, Henan Province realized the commercialization of chicken essence products for the first time, but in the end, it was frustrated because simple farmers did not know how to drink and manage, and finally did not go to a broader market. However, due to the support of the local government and the insistence of the person in charge of the enterprise, the chicken essence project in Puge County, Sichuan Province has successfully moved from Daliangshan to the provincial market.
