2. Application process

1. Application department: Submit an application for famous trademark recognition to the branch of the industrial and commercial bureau of the county where the applicant is located, and provide the following relevant materials in accordance with Shanghai's famous trademark conditions.

2. Application materials:

3. Approval process:

(5) Announcement: If it is recognized as a famous trademark in Shanghai, the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce will issue a certificate of recognition and make an announcement; if it is not recognized, the recommending unit and the applicant will be notified in writing.
