Guo Moruo's poems over wine are like springs

According to Guo Moruo's own research, Guo Moruo is a descendant of Guo Ziyi, king of Fenyang, Shanxi in the Tang Dynasty. Guo Moruo's former residence is in Shawan Town, Shawan District, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. , there is still a black background gold plaque with "Fenyang Shidi" hanging on it. When he was a boy, he also signed himself "Master of Fenyang" in his textbooks.

On December 4, 1965, Mr. Guo Moruo, as the "Master of Fenyang", set foot on Fenyang for the first time. When he came to Fenjiu Factory, he was already attracted by the aroma of wine that he had smelled for a long time. He watched with great interest the entire production process of Fenjiu and Bamboo Leaf Green Liquor. He was deeply moved by the honest and hospitable character of the people in his hometown. In the packaging workshop, he must personally participate in labor to package Fenjiu. After an old master carefully explained it to him, he carefully laid out the first piece of wrapping paper and wrapped it, but it was not ideal; he wrapped another one, which was slightly better; and the third one fully met the requirements. He packed 8 pieces in one go before giving up. Mr. Guo said to everyone: "Drinkers should think of the hard work of being a wine person. Your wine is sold to five continents and has brought glory to the country. Thank you!"

At noon, the winery held a banquet for Guo Laojie Feng. When everyone was about to raise their glasses and drink, Mr. Guo's accompanying doctor intervened: "Your body does not allow you to drink too much alcohol!" Mr. Guo said humorously: "If you don't drink in your hometown, your trip is really in vain. Today I I won’t listen to you anymore.”

Mr. Guo stopped drinking until he was half drunk. When the host and guest thought that Mr. Guo was going to rest, Mr. Guo suddenly became inspired by poetry. In order to thank the people of Xinghua Village for their kindness, he wrote: "The wine in Xinghua Village is like a spring. It has been a different day since liberation. The white jade is fragrant and sweet." , the red clouds form a soft formation, and the waves are spread thousands of miles away, and the alliance is signed for thousands of years. We raise a cup of Fen water to each other, and the rain moistens the forest and fields."

Mao Zedong's poem "Qingming"

During the Lushan Meeting of the Party Central Committee in 1959, Comrade He Zizhen, an old comrade-in-arms with Mao Zedong who had suffered hardships and struggles during the Red Army period, was separated for 20 years. Lushan met with Mao Zedong. Mao Zedong was particularly happy when his comrades met again and had deep feelings for each other. At dinner, Mao Zedong served He Zizhen with the famous dishes "stone chicken", "stone fish" and "stone ear" here. These famous dishes are also called "Lushan Three Stones". After the meal was set, Mao Zedong poured himself a small cup of Laobaifen wine from Xinghua Village, Shanxi Province. He took a sip first and said to He Zizhen with a smile: "I still have this habit. I have to drink wine, but not too much. I don't drink too much." Although there is no good wine, I still feel that Fenjiu is very pure and I don’t feel bad at all after drinking it. When I was in Yan’an, I often asked people to buy Fenjiu. When I entertained Mikoyang in Xibaipo, it was Fenjiu that Mao Zedong returned. He wrote Du Mu's "Qingming" poem with a brush: "It rains heavily during the Qingming Festival, and pedestrians on the road want to die. May I ask where the restaurant is? The shepherd boy points to Xinghua Village in the distance." It shows the leader's complicated mood at that time.

Sun Yat-sen toasted to express his pride

In June 1905, Sun Yat-sen, who had been wandering overseas for a long time, took a ship from Marseille, France, and arrived in Japan at the end of July in order to recruit talents. Japanese friend Bai Lang Taotian recommended Huang Xing to Sun Yat-sen, who was both civilized and military, had a bold personality, was good at riding, shooting, practicing formations, and commanding troops in battle. He also had the ambition to devote himself to democracy and overthrow the imperial system. Soon, Sun Yat-sen finally met Huang Xing. Huang Xing gathered a crowd of heroes to cleanse himself of Dr. Sun Yat-sen at Feng Yuan Yuan, a famous Chinese restaurant in Tokyo. Huang Xing ordered several Hunan dishes and two famous Cantonese dishes, "Dragon and Phoenix Presenting Xiang" and "Man Tian Fei". Finally, Huang Xing specially ordered Mr. Sun's favorite Shanxi Xinghua Village Fenjiu. These are the famous dishes and wines from Huang Xing's hometown specially ordered for Sun Yat-sen. Firstly, they show respect for the meeting, and secondly, they symbolize the momentum of the Chinese revolution, which is like a dragon rising over China and a phoenix flying across the universe. Everyone exchanged glasses and chatted while eating. There was endless revolutionary pride and endless world events.

It was noon during the banquet. Sun Yat-sen held up Fenjiu and said impassionedly: "Today we toast with the famous wine of the motherland and swear to overthrow the decadent Manchu monarchy, drive out the Tartars, restore China, and establish the Republic of China. , and strive to equalize land rights."

Those sitting around the table were all members of the Huaxing Society under the leadership of Huang Xing. They had long admired Mr. Zhongshan's great name, and they were excited to meet each other now. The feeling is beyond words.

They expressed their revolutionary passion for overthrowing the imperial system and expressed their willingness to follow Mr. Sun Yat-sen and shed their blood at the expense of their lives.

A few days later, Sun Yat-sen, Huang Xing, Song Jiaoren and others held the founding meeting of the China Alliance at Jinmizhai, Lingnanpo, Akasaka District, Tokyo. During this period, Sun Yat-sen once again raised his glass with Fenjiu and announced that the Xingzhong Society, together with the Huaxing Society and the Guangfu Society, would form the China Alliance. At the meeting, Sun Yat-sen was also elected as Prime Minister.

"There is no feast without wine." Wine plays an indispensable role at the Spring Festival banquet, and the same was true for the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China more than 70 years ago.

On October 1, 1949, on the night after the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China, leaders of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, senior generals of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, democratic parties and non-partisan democrats, celebrities from all walks of life, More than 600 people, including the revolting generals of the Kuomintang army, representatives of ethnic minorities, as well as representatives of workers, farmers, and the People's Liberation Army, came to the Beijing Hotel for the dinner.

This is the first state banquet held after the founding of the People's Republic of China, known as the "first banquet of the founding of the country".

Decades passed by in the blink of an eye, and one day a few decades later, many people suddenly wondered: What kind of wine was used at the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and then began to have different opinions.

Most people say that the alcohol used at the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China was Moutai. For many years, Maotai has claimed that Maotai was used as the banquet wine for the first banquet held at the founding of the People's Republic of China at the Beijing Hotel. However, this argument does not stand up to scrutiny. Because when the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China was held on October 1, 1949, Guizhou was still under the rule of the Kuomintang. It was not until October 22 that the People's Liberation Army set out from Shaoyang, Hunan, and headed west, kicking off the liberation of Guizhou. On November 4, Zunyi, where the Maotai Distillery is located, was liberated. Under such circumstances, how could it be possible to transport Moutai liquor all the way from Guizhou to Beijing?

In 1949, the national traffic situation was very backward. It takes several days to transport Moutai from Guizhou to Beijing, whether by train or car. Not to mention that there are still some areas between Guizhou and Maotai that have not been liberated. On the other hand, the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China had more than 60 tables and required a large amount of wine. It was difficult for the market to meet such a huge demand and could not supply it. On the other hand, at that time, the sales of Moutai were limited to a few cities such as Sichuan and Guizhou. In 1950, at the first National Day ceremony, central leaders decided to use Kweichow Moutai as a banquet wine. But in such a big city, there is no Moutai for sale." This is the information revealed in the "Century of Moutai" series of promotional videos shot by the Moutai Distillery.

Some people say that the wine used at the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China was Red Star Erguotou produced by the Shijiazhuang Public Winery.

Shijiazhuang Public Brewery is the first state-owned brewery in Shijiazhuang. It was established less than two years ago. At that time, Red Star Erguotou was not well-known. The preparatory committee for the First Banquet of the Founding of the People's Republic of China requires that the wine used for the banquet must meet the three conditions of "Chinese famous wine", "available in sufficient quantity" and "convenient transportation". Red Star Erguotou is not considered a famous Chinese wine and is not suitable for the First Banquet of the Founding of the People's Republic of China. Party wine. At the same time, on June 1, 1951, the Red Star trademark was officially registered.

The problem is that before liberation, there was no such thing as "Erguotou". The market was generally dominated by Shaojiu, Baigan, Laobaigan, and Shaojiu. Those "famous wines" have a hidden "bandit spirit".

Therefore, the banquet wine for the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China could not be Maotai or Red Star Erguotou, but another wine.

In the memories of Gao Tong, deputy general manager of Beijing Hotel, and Yang Hansan, head of Shanxi Xinghua Village Fenjiu Factory, we can also find records of Fenjiu participating in the first banquet of the founding of the People’s Republic of China: Before October 1, Xinghuacun Fen Liquor Factory transported more than 500 kilograms of Fen Liquor to Beijing in four batches and appeared at the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

In other words, the banquet wine used in the first banquet of the founding of the People's Republic of China is not known to be other wines such as Bamboo Leaf Green Wine and Shaoxing Yellow Wine. It is only Fenjiu, as well as Bamboo Leaf Green Wine and Shaoxing Yellow Wine. But bamboo leaf wine (brewed from high-quality Fenjiu liquor), that is, bamboo leaf green wine produced in Shanxi, is definitely indispensable.
