Product protection of Xinhui Chenpi

Xinhui Chenpi is the dried pericarp of the red tangerine produced by Guangdong New Club. Because it has high medicinal value and is a traditional spice and seasoning, it has always enjoyed a high reputation. It is said that Xinhui dried tangerine peel is transported to all parts of the north, and its taste is more fragrant after passing through Lingnan. There were overseas Chinese who took Xinhui Chenpi abroad by boat. When the boat arrived in the Pacific Ocean, it suddenly smelled fragrant and could not be concealed. Xinhui Chenpi gives off a fragrant smell, which is its unique quality. The preliminary test results of the drug inspection department show that, due to the differences in soil conditions, cultivation techniques and farmland climate, the shape and organization structure of the dried tangerine peel produced in Xinhui and the dried tangerine peel transplanted from other places are similar, but the components and tastes of the volatile oil are quite different. Therefore, the medicinal and flavoring effects are quite different.

My home is in Shanghai, but my family likes to eat Xinhui Chenpi or make tea. However, the authentic Xinhui Chenpi is hard to find. It is under the banner of Xinhui Chenpi, but it is always mixed with other skins. The taste is far from the same, and the taste is not right. Later, my friend introduced me to a Xinhui person named Charming (x h cp 668). He tried it very authentic, and I also held the attitude of trying it. It is very pertinent to say that it is really positive and has a special taste.

pharmacological effects

1. expectorant and antiasthmatic effects: the volatile oil of dried tangerine peel (mainly limonene) has stimulating expectorant effect. The decoction and ethanol extract were used for tracheal perfusion in rabbits. It was found that the perfusion velocity was slightly faster, which seemed to dilate the trachea. Pericarpine has antiasthmatic effect in isolated trachea test of guinea pigs and intravenous injection of anesthetized cats.

2. Effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle: The volatile oil of Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae has a mild stimulating effect on gastrointestinal tract, which can promote the secretion of digestive juice and eliminate intestinal pneumatosis. Both decoction and ethanol extract can inhibit the isolated intestinal movement of rabbits. The inhibitory effect of dried tangerine peel is weaker than that of adrenaline, but it is more lasting, which can be antagonized by acetylcholine. The effect of hesperidin on isolated intestinal muscles is biphasic, with a brief excitement and then inhibition.

3. Anti-gastric ulcer effect: subcutaneous injection of methyl hesperidin 1 or 5mg/kg/ day for 6 days has obvious inhibitory effect on experimental gastric ulcer.

4. Effect on heart: Chenpi decoction, ethanol extract and hesperidin can all stimulate the contraction of frog heart in vitro and in vivo, but have little effect on heart rate, but a large dose can inhibit it. According to Hunan Medical College, intravenous drip of methyl orange glycoside 4mg/kg can reduce coronary resistance, increase blood flow, reduce blood pressure and slow heart rate for more than 3 minutes, but it has no obvious effect on myocardial oxygen consumption.

5. cholagogic effect: subcutaneous injection of methyl hesperidin at 1 or 5mg/kg in anesthetized rats can increase the excretion of bile and bile solids.

6, reducing capillary permeability: hesperidin and methyl hesperidin can reduce capillary permeability, that is, they have vitamin P-like effect.
