3. Submit an application: The applicant can submit an application directly to the Swiss Federal Intellectual Property Office.
4. Trademark review: The Swiss Federal Intellectual Property Office reviews the trademark application documents, mainly to check whether it is registrable, whether it complies with relevant laws and regulations, and whether it is the same as or similar to the previously applied trademark. For trademark documents that fail to pass the examination, the applicant will be required to make amendments and corrections, and the application date and application number will be awarded to trademark documents that pass the examination.
5. Trademark announcement: The trademark documents that have passed the examination will be announced in the trademark announcement, and anyone can object to the trademark documents. Within 3 months from the announcement period, the trademark documents that have no objection or the trademark documents that have been ruled to have objections shall be approved and registered, and a trademark registration certificate shall be issued.
