Materials and documents required for applying for an Australian trademark

1. Name, telephone number and mailing address of the applicant (or enterprise);

2. Power of Attorney (listening and international drafting);

3. Two copies of black and white trademark patterns; No more than 5 trademark patterns.

4. A detailed list of products or services that use the registered trademark, and the registration category; (The application documents need not be notarized)
