Peking University Intellectual Property Institute was established in 1993. With the strong advocacy and funding of Professor Luo, former vice president of Peking University, and Mr. Hong Kong Starlight Communication Co., Ltd., and with the approval of the president's office meeting, the establishment of the Institute began in 1992.
