Article 13 of the "National Emblem Law of the People's Republic of China"
The national emblem and its patterns shall not be used for:
(1) Trademarks, grants Patented designs and commercial advertisements;
(2) Daily necessities and furnishings for daily life;
(3) Private funeral celebrations;
(4) Other occasions when the General Office of the State Council stipulates that the national emblem and its patterns are not allowed to be used.
1. The National Emblem Law stipulates that the national emblem and its patterns shall not be used in the following four situations: 1. For trademarks, advertisements, and appearance patents;
2. For daily life furnishings; 3. It is a private celebration;
4. It is other occasions where the national emblem and its patterns are not allowed to be used according to the provisions of the General Office of the State Council.
5. The national emblem of the People’s Republic of China is a symbol and symbol of the People’s Republic of China. All organizations and citizens must enhance their national awareness, respect and cherish the national emblem, and use the national emblem correctly and in a standardized manner. Maintaining the dignity of the national emblem means that the national emblem must not be insulted in any way, and no damaged, defaced or substandard national emblem must be hung.
2. Instructions for the production of the national emblem of the People's Republic of China
(announced by the General Office of the Central People's Government Committee on September 20, 1950)
1 , two handfuls of wheat and rice form a perfect circular ring. The gear is installed at the intersection of the wheat and rice stalks below. The center of the gear is intertwined with red ribbons. The red ribbon wraps around the wheat and droops to the left and right, dividing the gear into upper and lower parts.
2. Draw a straight line vertically from the center of the pattern. Its left and right parts are completely symmetrical.
3. The position and size of each part of the pattern can be enlarged or reduced according to the proportion of the grid and ink line drawing.
4. If you are making a relief, the height of each part can be enlarged or reduced according to the proportion of the cross-section.
5. The colors of the national emblem are gold and red: wheat, five stars, Tiananmen Square, and gears are gold, and the base and hanging ribbon in the ring are red; red is true red (same as the national flag) , the gold is red gold (light and shiny gold).
