If you want to turn off the display light on your Sony TV, you can follow these steps:

1. Find the power button on the back of the TV and press and hold it for about 3 seconds , until the display light turns red.

2. Press the Home button on the remote control to enter the main menu.

3. Select the Settings option and then select System Settings.

4. In the system settings, find the display light settings and choose to turn off or dim.

5. Press the return key on the remote control to exit the menu.
