On August 14, Belle Group announced that it had entered into multiple agreements with FILA Luxembourg and FILA Group to acquire FILA Chinese trademarks and other related property rights, involving an investment of US$48 million.

According to the relevant agreement, FILA Luxembourg agreed to transfer the FILA Chinese trademark to Belle Group, and Belle Group paid US$48 million in cash for the relevant transaction. At the same time, the group transferred 15% equity interest in its wholly-owned company Full Prospect Limited to FILA Luxembourg. The main asset of this joint venture is the FILA China trademark.
