Introduction to the major of intellectual property management:

I believe everyone is unfamiliar with this term. In fact, intellectual property management is a branch of law, which is called intellectual property management in the specialty and intellectual property in the continuing undergraduate major. The three main intellectual property rights are copyright, patent right and trademark right, which is to protect people's intellectual property rights in popular language. On the one hand, it is required to have knowledge of law and be familiar with China's intellectual property laws and related policies; on the other hand, it is required to master the skills and methods of patent and trademark retrieval and information inquiry, and to have the ability to use relevant knowledge to solve and deal with intellectual property litigation and management problems.

Course arrangement

There are many things to learn in intellectual property management, and there are many courses to learn. As far as my current study is concerned, I need to learn relevant certificates such as General Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Copyright Law, Patent Right, Situation and Policy, Economic Management, Computer Foundation and Application, Ideological Morality and Rule of Law

Intellectual property management is a specialized subject in China ordinary colleges and universities.
