Article 24 of the Trademark Law stipulates that if a registered trademark needs to change its logo, it shall re-apply for registration.

If it changes color: If it is a black-and-white trademark at the time of application, it can change color when it is used.

If the color is specified at the time of application, it cannot be changed in principle.
