First, how to choose red wine
Three main points of buying wine
1, read the wine label carefully
When buying red wine, you should know the contents of the trademark label, including product name, ingredient list, net content, pure juice content, alcohol content, sugar content, factory name, factory address, production date, shelf life, product standard code, etc. In addition, consumers should try to buy pure fruit juice wine marked with grape varieties, so that the quality of such wine is more guaranteed.
Step 2 observe the color of wine
The whole wine is clear and transparent, deep ruby red, and it is a good wine without precipitation and turbidity. If the color is dark and there is no luster and brightness, it means that there is something wrong with the quality of the wine, so consumers should buy it carefully.
3. Choose the type of wine according to your hobbies.
Wine can be divided into sweet type, semi-sweet type, dry type and semi-dry type according to sugar content, and red, white and pink according to color. High-grade red wine is clear and transparent, shiny, fragrant and pleasant, with a soft taste and a long aftertaste. Generally, the alcohol content of dry red wine is between 1 1~ 12 degrees. High-grade liquor is generally yellowish with green, clear and transparent, shiny, fruity and mellow, and its alcohol content is generally around 12 degrees.
Second, how to distinguish between true and false red wine?
There are five ways to distinguish between true and false red wine. They are: wine stopper identification method, wine bottle appearance identification method, wine liquid identification method, edible alkali detection method and napkin inspection method.
1, wine plug identification method
Open the bottle and see if the words on the wooden wine stopper are the same as those on the bottle label. In France, wine bottles and wine stoppers are generally dedicated.
2, wine bottle appearance recognition method
See if the label of the red wine bottle is clearly printed, if there are any signs of forgery and reprinting, if there is any difference in the lid of the wine bottle, and if there are any signs of being opened. Look at the barcode. Generally, 69 is for China, 0 for the United States, 3 for France, 7 for Chile, 8 for Spain and 9 for Australia.
3, wine identification method
Look at whether the color of the wine is natural or not, whether there is unknown suspended matter (but a little precipitation at the bottom of the bottle is normal crystal), and the color of the wine will be turbid.
4, edible alkali detection method
First, prepare an ordinary napkin; Drop a few drops of red wine on the napkin, and the wine will spread evenly without precipitation in the middle; Then use half a spoonful of household edible alkali and put a little water to open it; Dropping edible alkali mixed with water on red wine; At this time, something magical happened. If red wine turns dark blue, it is really red wine. If there is no response, it is false.
5, napkin inspection method
Drop a few drops of red wine on white paper, if it is evenly dispersed, it is real wine, otherwise it is blended fake red wine. This is because the pigment particles are large and will precipitate in the middle of the paper, but it is only water that diffuses outward.
Red wine is not an ordinary alcoholic beverage, but a symbol of status and taste in some cases, especially some high-grade red wine varieties, which are also exquisite to drink.
