The "Trademark Announcement" is edited and published by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is a regular statutory publication issued on behalf of the state. It is the State Administration for Industry and Commerce's official guide to trademark registration, change, transfer, licensing, cancellation, etc. A professional announcement whose content is released to the public is a public administrative notice regarding trademark registration and trademark exclusive rights, and is a legal procedure in trademark work. Article 33 of the Trademark Law stipulates that for a trademark that has been initially approved and announced, within three months from the date of announcement, the prior rights holder or interested parties believe that it violates paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 13 of this Law. Article 15, Paragraph 1 of Article 16, Article 30, Article 31, and Article 32, or any person believes that Article 4, Article 10, or Article 32 of this Law has been violated If the application is stipulated in Article 11, Article 12, or Article 19, paragraph 4, an objection may be filed with the Trademark Office. If there is no objection at the expiration of the announcement period, the registration will be approved, a trademark registration certificate will be issued, and the announcement will be made.
