(2) Preliminary Examination

The provincial green food office arranged two (or more) full-time green food managers to go to the enterprise for on-site inspection and hearing, put forward the inspection conclusions and rectification opinions, and the enterprise timely rectified and reported the "reply of rectification opinions".

(3) environmental monitoring

the provincial green food office entrusts designated environmental monitoring institutions to conduct environmental monitoring, sampling and analysis, and issue reports on environmental investigation, monitoring and evaluation.

(4) Training

The provincial green food office sends full-time staff to enterprises to hold green food knowledge training courses attended by enterprise managers, technicians, production backbones and marketers.

(5) application of materials

The enterprise is responsible for preparing a complete set of application materials according to the requirements of the specifications, and submitting them to the provincial green food office after preliminary examination by the municipal and county (city) competent departments. After the application materials have passed the examination by the provincial green food office, they will be submitted to the China Green Food Development Center for the first instance. After passing the first instance, the China Green Food Development Center will send a product sampling inspection form to the provincial green food office.

(6) Final review

After the provincial green food office sends a special person to the enterprise or entrusts the municipal and county (city) competent departments to randomly take samples and seal them, the enterprise will send them to the designated green food quality inspection center for inspection; The Green Food Inspection Center submits the inspection report of the enterprise's products to China Green Food Development Center for final review.

(7) obtaining the green food certificate

after passing the final examination, the provincial green food office will notify the legal representative of the enterprise or the client of the legal representative to go to Beijing to handle the relevant matters of obtaining the green food certificate.
