What if the trademark is maliciously put forward by others and has not been used for three years, and there is no reply?
If there is an agency, the reply notice will be sent directly to the agency. If even the address change is not received, and there is no reply within two months from the date of receiving the postmark, the trademark is likely to be revoked.

If there is no agency and the documents of the Trademark Office cannot be delivered, they will be delivered by announcement. The time is 30 days. Upon the expiration of the announcement period, it shall be deemed to have been delivered. If there is no reply within the reply period, the trademark is likely to be revoked.

You can calculate whether it has expired according to the above calculation method of defense period. If it is still in the defense period, it is recommended to submit the defense in time. If it is passed, the Trademark Office decides to cancel it. If it refuses to accept the ruling, it may also apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for re-examination. If you are still dissatisfied, you can also get judicial relief.
