1. Online trademark applications in the trial phase are only open to trademark agency organizations, and trademark applicants cannot directly submit online applications for the time being.
2. For information security, electronic signature technology is used in online applications. Only after a trademark agency organization (which needs to be registered with the Trademark Office and has no bad records) applies to the Trademark Office and uses a "trademark digital certificate" can it submit an online trademark application on behalf of the trademark applicant.
3. The online application acceptance business during the trial period is limited to trademark registration applications, and trademark agency organizations are not allowed to submit online applications under the seven circumstances specified in Article 8 of the "Trademark Online Application Trial Measures".
4. During the trial period, each trademark agency organization is temporarily limited to no more than 10 applications per day.
5. Paper applications will still be retained during the trial period. After the trademark agency organization submits the electronic application, it also needs to submit the corresponding paper materials for online trademark application to the Trademark Office.
6. The Trademark Online Application System will accept other specific business types and specific matters regarding trademark applicants directly submitting online applications. The Trademark Office will make a separate announcement in accordance with Article 19 of the "Trial Measures for Trademark Online Applications".
