1. Registration requirements

Natural persons or legal entities that meet the relevant entry requirements (such as major ministries and commissions in Beijing, major military regions, kindergartens, schools, children's palaces, art troupes, etc.

applicants who participate in the competition with song works need to solve the singing issues of the entries themselves; Applicants who participate in the competition by singing songs should solve the copyright issues related to the songs they sing by themselves.

2. Entries

All children's songs and nursery rhymes written between January 1, 2 and June 1, 21 can enter the competition.

entries should be healthy in content, novel in form, full of childlike interest and easy to sing.

the duration of entries is limited to 4 minutes (including 4 minutes).

3. Singers are required to be under 17 years old (including those born after August 28th, 1993).

The songs performed by the singers must be children's songs and nursery rhymes created from January 1, 2 to June 1, 21.

there are no restrictions on singing methods (bel canto, pop, original ecology and other singing methods) and singing forms (solo, duet, chorus, performance singing, band combination and other forms).

The singer can use the accompaniment tape or be accompanied by the band. The accompaniment music is provided by the contestants themselves. The accompaniment tape should be recorded in the technical formats of DAT, CD and MD, and its recording quality should meet the relevant technical requirements of TV broadcasting.

IV. Awards and awards

1. Scoring method:

The judges will score on the spot. The jury consists of songwriters, singers, music education experts and representatives of children and parents.

2. Awards establishment:

(1) Ten gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze and 2 excellent songs were selected in the final.

(2) Five favorite songs for children.

(4) Several outstanding organization awards.

v. contest procedures

the contest started on April 16th, 21 and ended on August 28th, 21. The contest is divided into three stages: primary registration, re-evaluation and final.

1. Primary registration stage (April 16th to June 15th):

The primary registration stage of the contest is organized by the organizer and local TV stations or children's channels approved by the organizer.

(2) Initial Selection

Relevant registration materials such as the registration form shall be submitted, and local TV stations or children's channels shall organize qualified contestants to perform the primary selection procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.

2. Re-evaluation stage (June 15th-July 1st):

After the primary selection, the jury of the contest selected 5 outstanding works to enter the final. To enter the re-evaluation, the following materials shall be submitted to the organizing committee of the competition:

1) The co-organizer shall submit a letter to the organizing committee of the competition to enter the list of re-evaluation works.

5) Brief introduction of the authors of the words and songs.

3. Finals: August 23 to August 28, 21

(1) From August 22 to August 27, the 5 finalists entered the finals.

(2) The finals will be held in five 9-minute games, which will be broadcast live in prime time by CCTV Children's Channel in the evening.

(3) An awards evening will be held on August 28th, which will be broadcast live by CCTV Integrated Channel and Children's Channel in prime time at night.

VI. Fair Mechanism

The organizing committee of the Grand Prix will formulate relevant systems to ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of the Grand Prix. The Organizing Committee of the Grand Prix will employ the Beijing Notary Office and set up the Grand Prix Supervision and Examination Team to supervise the whole process of the Grand Prix, and notarize the process and results of the re-evaluation and finals of the Grand Prix in accordance with relevant regulations.

VII. Notes to the Competition

1. Organizers, undertakers and co-organizers participating in the organization of the 21 National Children's Song Grand Prix must abide by the provisions in the articles of association of this competition, and ensure fairness, impartiality and openness in the selection process in the three stages of primary selection, re-evaluation and final competition.

2. By signing up for the contest, the contestants agree that CCTV has the right to use the submitted entries (including lyrics and scores, audio-visual and audio materials, etc.) in any occasion related to the contest (including after the grand prix) in various ways.

3. The works submitted by the contestants and the copyright owners of the entries for the National Children's Song Grand Prix or re-produced by the organizers and co-organizers as new film and television works due to their participation in the competition indicate that they have agreed that the Organizing Committee will have the right to display and promote these works on TV, Internet and cooperative media, and agree that the Organizing Committee will include these works in the books and audio-visual products to be published.

4. Participants must ensure that their entries and actions do not infringe any rights granted to third parties by law, including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark rights. If the entries and behaviors of the participants infringe the rights and interests of a third party, the participants shall bear the legal responsibilities and economic compensation responsibilities caused to the third party, the organizer and the co-organizer.

5. Participants must ensure the authenticity of all the information provided at the time of registration, and bear all legal consequences and responsibilities arising from inaccuracy.

6. If the contestants do not own the copyright of the entries, they must obtain the written permission of the corresponding obligee in advance. Otherwise, the organizing committee of the contest will regard it as giving up its right to participate in the re-evaluation.

7. All participants must consciously abide by the competition order.

8. There is no registration fee for the contestants.

VIII. Other matters

1. The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the organizing committee of the 21 National Children's Song Grand Prix.
