A trademark change application should be submitted to the Trademark Office

Change process:

1. Prepare application documents and submit a trademark change application to the official. 1-3 working days

2. The Trademark Office will formally accept the application and issue an official acceptance notice. It takes about 1 month of working time

3. The Trademark Office will review and issue a trademark change certificate. Working time of about 3-6 months

●Documents to be submitted

1. A copy of the trademark registration certificate/acceptance notice.

2. If the applicant’s name is changed, an original copy of the change certificate from the industrial and commercial administration department of the place of registration must be provided. Foreign enterprises should provide corresponding supporting documents.

3. A copy of the applicant’s business license or natural person’s ID card.
