It usually takes more than one year for a member to become a governing unit. Those who have been formal members of the China National Association for Home Furnishings for more than one year can apply for governing units. The specific conditions are as follows:

3. Conscientious Abide by the Articles of Association of the Chinese Homeowners Association, implement the association’s resolutions, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association, and pay membership fees on time;

4. Actively participate in various activities organized by the association, proactively report relevant situations to the association, provide relevant information, and assume responsibilities and complete the work entrusted by the Association. "Governing unit" refers to the organizational structure of the board of directors and standing board found in social organizations, such as associations, research societies, etc. There are also some economic organizations that have established this organizational form, such as rural credit cooperatives, commercial banks, etc.
