1. Verify the information of the U.S. trademark that needs to be transferred and make it into paper documents;
2. The transferee needs to prepare the transferee’s information, which needs to be submitted in both Chinese and Chinese One copy of each document, and a copy of the business license;
3. After both parties confirm that the transferred trademark information is correct, they sign the trademark transfer contract and sign and seal it;
4. The prepared Submit all the documents, as well as the US trademark assignment contract and trademark transfer application to the US Intellectual Property Office. About one month after acceptance, the US Intellectual Property Office will issue a receipt;
5. US Intellectual Property Office The US Intellectual Property Office will review the submitted materials and the trademark transfer application, which will take about 6 months. After the review is passed, the US Intellectual Property Office will issue a certificate of successful transfer of the trademark and register the trademark owner of the transferred trademark. Register and issue a trademark registration certificate.
