Linquan County, belonging to Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located in the northwest border of Anhui Province, bordering 9 counties and cities in Anhui and Henan provinces, with an area of 1.839 square kilometers. Linquan county is located in the southwest of Huaibei alluvial plain, with an altitude of 3 1 ~ 40 meters. It is flat and slightly inclined from northwest to southeast. There are two types of landforms: Hejian flat land and floodplain. By 2022, the county's GDP will reach 46.03 billion yuan. The "Five Treasures of Linquan" (Tiger Head Ginger, Leader, Mustard, Tan Pen, Gong Wangwen) are well known.

Linquan's characteristic industries are outstanding. Zhongneng Chemical and Wangwen Liquor are the top 100 enterprises in the same industry in China and the top 10 private enterprises in the whole province respectively. Quanhe and Brand were rated as "China Famous Trademarks", and industries such as machinery, electronics and dehydrated vegetables developed rapidly.

In 2022, the financial education expenditure of Linquan County increased by 27.6% year-on-year. Newly renovated and expanded 28 schools including Jincheng Road Nine-year Compulsory Education School and Xingye Road Experimental School, with an increase of 4,500 degrees. The proportion of students in public compulsory education exceeds 95%. Linquan was called the God Emperor in ancient times. In BC 1042, Shenzi State was established in Linquan County. In 506 BC, Shen was destroyed by Cai, and later Cai was destroyed by Chu. In the first year of Yongjian in the Eastern Han Dynasty (126), Fuyang was established as the Hou State. In the third year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (583), Shenqiu County was established and Laiyang County was re-established, which successively belonged to Shen Zhou and Yingzhou.

In the first year of Tang Wude (6 18), Gaotang County was added to the southeast of the county, which was abandoned for six years and entered Ruyin County. In the first year of Zhenguan (627), Laiyang and Shenqiu counties were abolished and merged into Ruyin County. In the second year of Shenlong (706), Ruyin was restored to shenqiu county and still belonged to Yingzhou. Song belongs to Shunchang Prefecture. In the 26th year of Yuan Dynasty (1366), the Ming army captured Yingzhou and Yuan Yan Timur fled north.

Yingzhou revoked shenqiu county in the early Ming Dynasty. In the 13th year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1735), Yingzhou was promoted to a government, and Fuyang County was established, that is, the land of Xixiang in Fuyang. The government Tongzhi (commonly known as "Er Fu") was located in Yikouqiao (now the old set), and the inspection department was located in Shenqiuji (now the county).

In September of the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), a new county was set up in Xixiang, Fuyang County, starting from Heying River in the north and Red River in the south, with Chapeng Road, Longwangtang, Litoudian, Wukengji, Oumiaoji, Huilongji and Jiulonggou in the west. Linquan County, named after the county seat adjacent to Linquan River, belongs to the seventh administrative supervision area of Huizhou Province during the Republic of China.

1949 In March, Linquan, Quannan, Quanyang County and Linquan City were abolished, and the old Linquan County boundaries (including He Ying, Duan Ying Township of Funan County, Ji Fang of jieshou city, Rebecca and other towns) were restored, and a new Linquan County was established, which was subordinate to Fuyang District of the People's Administration Office in northern Anhui. Since 1952, it belongs to Fuyang, Anhui Province. 197 1 belongs to Fuyang, Anhui Province. 1996 belongs to Fuyang City, Anhui Province.
