1. Press the upper stop with the thumbs of both hands, and at the same time, squeeze the middle part of the monitor inward with four fingers, and compress it downward to about the width of one hand.

2. Place the compressed air spring between the piston and the top plate, and be sure to place the bladder with the trademark font facing up.

3. Fix the lower port on the annular seat on the piston, and fix the upper port on the annular seat under the top plate.

4. Pressurize the air spring so that its upper and lower ports are accurately installed between the top plate and the piston.

5. Lower the monitor and the air spring will automatically roll downward along the piston. The installation is completed.
