Article 19 stipulates that business operators shall provide consumers with true information about goods or services, and shall not make misleading false propaganda. Consumers and business operators may bring a lawsuit to the people's court if there is a dispute over the rights and interests of consumers due to the unclear price tag of goods. Article 21 of the Provisions on Clearly Marking Goods and Services stipulates that if an operator commits one of the following acts, the competent price department shall order it to make corrections, confiscate its illegal income and may impose a fine of not more than 5,000 yuan; If there is no illegal income, a fine of less than 5,000 yuan may be imposed. (a) the price is not clearly marked; (two) not according to the provisions of the content and method of price tag; (three) selling goods above the marked price or charging unspecified fees; (four) unable to provide records of price reduction or relevant information on the approved price; (5) printing a price tag or price list without authorization; (six) the use of unsupervised clearly marked content and methods; (seven) other acts in violation of the provisions of the price tag.
