An effective and binding agreement between Beijing Netshang Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Netshang Company") and you as a user on the use of China Home Cinema Software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). You can install and use this software only after you voluntarily click the "I agree" button to become a party to this agreement, and you clearly acknowledge that you have read this agreement and understand the rights, obligations, terms and conditions in this agreement. In addition, once you install and (continuously) use this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any update, change and/or amendment of this agreement.
