As shown in the picture:
In 2010, Taiwan Gongcha International Co., Ltd. brought its Gongcha brand to the mainland and established a good company in Shenzhen as the operation headquarters in mainland China. , and obtained the right to use the existing trademark of Yangyang Haogong Tea.
In order to increase brand recognition, the set of trademarks chosen by the company are obviously carefully designed. The trademark consists of three parts, namely the word "Gongcha" in seal script, which is written vertically and surrounded by an outer frame, with the pinyin "gongcha" printed below the frame; and underneath the Gongcha combination trademark is drawn a picture with four overflowing flowers. A tea cup with a cloud-like fragrance (hereinafter referred to as "Yixiang Cup"); there is a Taiwan map logo on the left side of the word "Gong Cha", with three regular script characters "Yang Yang Hao" embedded in it. In addition, Niangnianghao Company also separately registered "Yixiang Cup" as a trademark.
With this unique set of trademarks, Yangyang Haogong Tea has mushroomed in mainland China. In less than a year, it has more than 270 self-operated and franchised stores in mainland China. Its rapid development has heated up the tribute tea beverage market in the mainland. No one can tell clearly when tribute tea shops with many different names such as "Yuke" and "Punian" began to appear on the streets and major business districts.
In order to prevent other merchants from "highly borrowing" their own trademarks, Yangyang Haogong Tea's affiliated Niangyanghao Catering Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangyanghao Company") has started from 2014 Lawsuits were filed against several companies one after another.
The most eye-catching one is the court battle with Yuke Gong Tea. After the first and second instance judgments, Banlianghao Company finally won the case. To date, there are still a series of prosecution cases against the company that have yet to be pronounced.
These tribute tea shops all claim that they are tribute tea from Taiwan. From the trademark graphics, store decoration style to product types, they are also highly similar to Yangyang Haogong Tea.
Some are just across the street from Yangyang Hao Gong Cha. The signboards of the two stores are almost identical with the Gong Cha trademark. Even the slogans under the trademarks are so consistent that there is only a two-character difference - -The latter is "Taiwan's tribute tea, the world's best tea", while the former is "Taiwan's tribute tea, the world's best tea". The biggest difference that consumers can tell is that the three small characters "Yang Yang Hao" in the lower left corner of the sign have been replaced by another name.
