Common names and descriptive trademarks are prohibited
The most important thing about trademark registration is that it must be distinctive, and it cannot be a common word or a descriptive word. However, there are certain specialties in the judgment of general words. For example, Apple can be registered as a mobile phone, computer, etc., but it cannot be registered as a fruit. Therefore, when registering a trademark, general words and descriptive words should be used with caution
1. The word limit of patent names: general patents should not exceed 25 words, and pharmaceutical and chemical products should not exceed 40 words.
2. The name change cannot exceed the scope recorded in the original application documents. The word count can only be increased if the above requirements are met.
