Langfang Normal University is located in Anci District of Langfang

Langfang Normal University is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province. It is a full-time general undergraduate institution in Hebei Province. .

The school’s predecessor was Anci County Simple Normal School, which was founded in 1946. In 1956, it was restructured into Hebei Langfang Normal School. In 1964, it was renamed Langfang Normal College. In 2000, it was upgraded to Langfang Normal University with the approval of the Ministry of Education and became a provincial undergraduate institution. In 2005, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial People's Government, it merged with Hebei Vocational and Technical College to form the new Langfang Normal College.

According to the school’s official website in July 2022, the school has two campuses, Langfang and Gu’an, covering an area of ??nearly 2,000 acres and a construction area of ??450,000 square meters; the school has more than 50 majors and 20 Multiple research institutions; the school has nearly 20,000 full-time undergraduate and junior college students and nearly 2,000 faculty and staff.
