According to the provisions of my country’s Trademark Law, if a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registration information of the registrant, a change application must be submitted, so it can be changed.

However, the scope of the change is limited to the above mentioned. If you want to change the text and graphics of the registered trademark, you must resubmit a trademark registration application and it will be treated as a newly applied trademark and cannot be called a trademark change.
