Land Rover, Land Rover Company is one of the four-wheel drive companies in the world, and also a famous off-road vehicle brand in Britain. Landrover was translated as "Land Rover" in Chinese mainland (known as "Off-road China" in Hongkong). Before Land Rover was officially sold in China, Chinese people always translated it as "Land Rover". When Land Rover was officially listed in China, it was found that the word "Land Rover" had been registered as a trademark by a domestic automobile company. In 2003, Land Rover set up an office in China. On March 26th, 2008, India's Tata Group invested $2.3 billion to acquire Ford's Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
