1990 Central Tea Station was upgraded to a state-owned tea factory, with a workshop of 6,000 square meters, more than 80 sets of machinery and equipment, and fixed assets of 6,543,800 yuan+0.28 million yuan.
1March, 1998, the tea factory was transformed into "Wufeng Lvzhu Cai Hua Maojian Tea Co., Ltd.".
From June 5438 to February 2005, Wufeng Lvzhu Cai Hua Maojian Co., Ltd., Wufeng Tianma Hao Jian Co., Ltd., Wufeng Xiangshifu Tea Co., Ltd., Wufeng Ethnic Tea Factory and Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County Tea Branch jointly established Hubei Cai Hua Tea Co., Ltd., and at the same time, it was restructured into a private enterprise with a registered capital of 22.8 million yuan and 280 employees. It has two famous trademarks of "Flower Picking" and "Summer" in Hubei Province, and a series of high-quality products such as "Flower Picking Maojian", Tianma Hao Jian, Flower Picking Green Tea and Yihua Tea. The enterprise has 18 branches, 588 sets of tea processing, preservation, storage and packaging machinery and equipment, with total assets of106.48 million yuan.
From June 5, 2007 to 10, Hubei Cai Hua Tea Co., Ltd. implemented strategic cooperation with Yichang International Trade Building Group Co., Ltd. and Hubei Wan Wei Investment Co., Ltd. to realize a new round of restructuring. After the restructuring, the registered capital of the enterprise is 40 million yuan and the total assets are nearly 400 million yuan. The company accelerates the integration of tea resources in counties and provinces, and joins hands with well-known tea enterprises in Wufeng, Shiyan and Enshi to rapidly expand the production capacity of enterprises and improve the marketing network.
In 2008, the company integrated more than 20 tea factories in Wufeng County with 32 trademarks, and four of the five famous tea trademarks in Wufeng County were integrated into the company.
In 2009, the flower-picking tea industry was no longer satisfied with the resource integration of Wufeng and Yichang. He opened a branch in Enshi successively, successfully invested in Yidu Yihua Tea Co., Ltd., and took Hongyi Tea, one of the three major black teas in China, under his banner.
From June 5438 to February 2009, the company increased its capital and its registered capital reached 70 million yuan. Officially entered R&D, producing a series of products such as black tea, oolong tea, scented tea and instant tea, and the company entered a leap-forward development track.
