1. It is generally not illegal to imitate the homepage of other people's websites. If you copy other people's websites, use other people's websites and registered trademarks, or use copyrighted photos of others without authorization, it is an infringement. A licensing contract shall be concluded with the copyright owner for the use of another person's work, unless it is agreed that a license is not required.
2. Legal basis: Article 8 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Copyright Law.
Copyright owners and copyright-related rights holders may authorize copyright collective management organizations to exercise copyright or copyright-related rights. The copyright collective management organization established according to law is a non-profit legal person. After being authorized, they can claim rights for copyright owners and copyright-related rights holders in their own names, and can represent the parties involved in litigation, arbitration or mediation activities involving copyright or copyright-related rights.
Copyright collective management organizations collect royalties from users according to authorization. The collection standard of royalties shall be determined through consultation between the copyright collective management organization and the user representatives. If negotiation fails, it may apply to the National Copyright Administration for a ruling; If you are dissatisfied with the ruling, you can bring a lawsuit to the people's court; The parties may also bring a lawsuit directly to the people's court.
The copyright collective management organization shall regularly announce to the public the collection and transfer of royalties, the extraction and use of management fees and the undistributed part of royalties, and establish a rights information inquiry system for the rights holders and users to inquire. The National Copyright Administration shall supervise and manage copyright collective management organizations according to law.
The establishment mode, rights and obligations, collection and distribution of royalties, supervision and management of copyright collective management organizations shall be stipulated separately by the State Council.
Second, what may be the crime of imitating or forging someone else's signature?
1. Whoever commits financial bill fraud in any of the following circumstances, if the amount is relatively large, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined not less than 20,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan;
2. If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years, and shall also be fined not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan;
3. If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan or confiscated property:
(1) knowingly uses forged or altered bills of exchange, promissory notes or checks;
(2) knowingly using bills of exchange, promissory notes or checks that are invalid;
(3) fraudulently using other people's bills of exchange, promissory notes or checks.
(four) issuing a bad check or a check that is inconsistent with its reserved seal to defraud property;
(5) The drawer of a bill of exchange or a promissory note issues a bill of exchange or a promissory note without capital guarantee, or makes false records when issuing a bill of exchange or a promissory note to defraud property. Whoever uses forged or altered bank settlement vouchers such as entrusted collection vouchers, remittance vouchers and bank deposit vouchers shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
In criminal proceedings, witnesses, expert witnesses, recorders and translators who intentionally commit perjury, identify, record or translate important cases with the intention of framing others or concealing criminal evidence shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.
