Who is the application for "Trademark Revocation III" submitted to?
Submitted to the Trademark Office. After receiving the application for revocation, the Trademark Office shall, upon examination, issue a Notice of Acceptance of the Application for Revocation to the applicant and a Notice of Providing Evidence for the Use of a Registered Trademark to the trademark registrant. After receiving the evidence of the use of a registered trademark provided by the trademark registrant, the Trademark Office shall examine the evidence materials, make a decision on whether to revoke the registered trademark, and notify the trademark registrant and the applicant for revocation in writing. If it is an entrusted trademark agency, the Trademark Office will mail the decision to the trademark agency.
