Secondly, even if you can approve an identical enterprise, how can you prove that the trademark is yours? Your enterprise must have been established some time after the cancellation of this enterprise, but the trademark was applied before your company was established.

If we want to inherit this trademark, we can only deal with the property that was left out when the enterprise was cancelled and liquidated.
