Wuchang rice implementation standard
The national implementation standard of Wuchang Daohuaxiang rice is GB/T 19266, which is a geographical indication product. Wuchang rice has become a rice product with five laurels: China's geographical indication protection product, certificate of origin trademark, China famous brand product, China famous brand agricultural product and China well-known trademark. There is only one Wuchang in China.

Wuchang city's excellent natural resources endow Wuchang rice with unique qualities. This climatic condition makes the locally harvested rice full of grains, hard in texture, shiny in grains and rich in fragrance. Rice is rich in dry matter, high in nutrients and high in soluble double-stranded sugar, so it tastes sweet.

In addition, because of the high amylopectin content, rice is oily. If you pour a bowl of rice into another bowl, the empty bowl is covered with oil beads, and even a grain of rice can't be hung. The rice is light and sweet, soft and glutinous, fragrant and refreshing.
